Pricing depends on the staffing model. Temporary Staffing is charged at 2.5× the driver’s gross hourly wage, Secondment at 2.8×, Direct Hire at 25% of the gross annual salary, and Payroll from 1.85× the gross hourly wage. Taxi-specific shift allowances, training, transport, accommodation or other agreed costs are added where applicable.

If a driver already holds the required licence, chauffeurskaart and service-specific documents, we can send suitable profiles within 24–48 hours and organise a start within 2–5 working days. Additional preparation may be needed for school, healthcare or wheelchair transport.

A standard taxi qualification route takes approximately 6–8 weeks. Experienced drivers may complete an accelerated route in around 2–4 weeks, depending on exam availability and the documents already in place.

For drivers recruited specifically for your operation, training costs are agreed before the process starts. As our working model, a full qualification package costs approximately €2,270 including VAT, while an accelerated route costs around €1,500. The cost can be paid by the client, by us or shared depending on the staffing agreement.

For Temporary Staffing, the minimum is one 4-hour shift. Secondment starts from 3 months and 15 hours per week. Direct Hire has no assignment period, while Payroll follows the contracted working hours agreed for the driver.

Yes. You receive the driver’s profile and can interview them before confirming the assignment. For urgent requirements, pre-screened and already qualified drivers can be approved through a faster process.

Contact us as soon as the issue occurs. We start the replacement process the same business day and, when a suitable qualified driver is available, aim to provide a replacement within 24–48 hours. We also manage the employee’s sick leave and related employment administration.

We recruit through our network across the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Poland, Ukraine, Bulgaria and Turkey. The actual source market depends on the role, availability and legal requirements

Temporary shifts can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 4 days before the scheduled start; later cancellations may be charged based on the booked hours. Secondment has a one-month notice period. Changes to routes, schedules or required driver numbers follow the conditions agreed for the assignment.
