Frequently asked questions

You’ll find answers to some common questions below, but feel free to contact us directly — we’ll answer your questions based on your specific situation

Pricing depends on the staffing model. Temporary Staffing is charged at 2.5× the professional’s gross hourly wage, Secondment at 2.8×, Direct Hire at 25% of the gross annual salary, and Payroll from 1.85× the gross hourly wage. International preparation, travel, accommodation and other agreed assignment costs are added where applicable.

If a professional already has the required registration, language level and right to work, we send suitable profiles within 24–48 hours and normally organise a start within 5–10 working days. Urgent temporary assignments may start sooner when a matching professional is already available in our active pool.

For professionals who already meet the required language level and whose qualification is ready for recognition, the process normally takes around 2–4 months. When language training, recognition, visa and relocation are all required, allow approximately 6–12 months. More complex non-EU recognition routes can take 12–18 months.

Our international Secondment model starts from 3 months, normally with at least 32 working hours per week. Temporary Staffing can be booked from one 8-hour shift where suitable professionals are available. Direct Hire has no assignment period, while Payroll follows the hours agreed in the employment contract.

The required level depends on the profession and destination country.
Netherlands: nurses generally require B1 Dutch, higher vocational healthcare professions such as physiotherapists B2, and doctors and dentists B2+. Germany: nurses generally require B2 German. Doctors require at least B2 general German and usually a medical-language examination at approximately C1 level. We verify the requirement for the specific profession before the preparation process begins.

For international placements, preparation costs are agreed with the client before the process begins. Candidates do not pay us a recruitment fee. We coordinate language training, recognition, translations, visa or work-authorisation procedures, travel and initial relocation. Official registration and immigration fees are charged at cost where applicable — for example, BIG registration currently costs €85 in the Netherlands, while Germany’s accelerated skilled-worker procedure carries an official €411 fee when used. Housing and other individual relocation costs are agreed separately.

Yes. You receive the professional’s profile, qualifications and relevant experience before confirming the placement. You can interview the candidate directly and assess their language level, clinical experience and fit with your organisation before making a commitment. For long-term international placements, we do not confirm the assignment until both the client and professional agree to proceed.

We start the replacement process the same business day. For short-term cover, when a suitably qualified and registered professional is available in our active pool, we aim to arrange replacement within 24–72 hours. For a long-term international replacement, we immediately start matching from our existing pipeline. The final start date depends on the professional’s language level, registration status and right to work. Sick leave, employee communication and employment administration remain our responsibility throughout the assignment.

We recruit through our network across the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Poland, Ukraine, Bulgaria and Turkey. The actual source market depends on the role, availability and legal requirements

Yes. Temporary staffing assignments can usually be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 4 calendar days before the planned start date. Later cancellations or major changes may be charged based on the hours reserved and any costs already committed.
For secondment and longer assignments, changes to team size, working hours, schedule or duration can be discussed during the cooperation. A one-month notice period normally applies unless different terms are agreed in advance.
If the assignment involves international recruitment, any costs already incurred for language training, recognition, travel, relocation, accommodation or documentation may still be charged.
All change and cancellation terms are confirmed before the assignment starts.
