Frequently asked questions

You’ll find answers to some common questions below, but feel free to contact us directly — we’ll answer your questions based on your specific situation

Pricing depends on the staffing model. Temporary Staffing is charged at 2.5× the worker’s gross hourly wage, Secondment at 2.8×, Direct Hire at 25% of the gross annual salary, and Payroll from 1.85× the gross hourly wage. Evening, night, weekend and holiday allowances, as well as agreed training, transport, accommodation or PPE costs, are added where applicable.

When suitable workers are already available, we send the first profiles within 24–48 hours and can normally organise a start within 2–5 working days. For larger teams or new international recruitment, allow approximately 1–2 weeks for recruitment, documentation, travel and accommodation where required.

For Temporary Staffing, the minimum booking is 3 paid hours per worker per shift. Secondment starts from 3 months and 20 hours per week. Direct Hire has no minimum assignment period, while Payroll follows the contracted working hours agreed for the employee.

Yes. You receive the candidate profile before confirmation and can interview the worker when required. For larger cleaning teams, we can first agree the required profile and approve workers against the same criteria to speed up deployment.

Contact us as soon as the issue occurs. We start the replacement process the same business day and, when a suitable worker is available, aim to arrange a replacement within 24–48 hours. We also handle sick leave, absence administration and employee follow-up.

Temporary shifts can be changed or cancelled without charge up to 4 calendar days before the scheduled start. Later cancellations may be charged based on the booked hours. Secondment has a one-month notice period, unless different terms are agreed for the assignment.

Working hours are recorded weekly and submitted for client approval. Approved hours form the basis of the invoice, including any agreed evening, night, weekend or public-holiday allowances.

For staffing assignments, the client normally provides the site-specific cleaning products, machines, materials and equipment required to perform the work. We can coordinate workwear and basic PPE where agreed. Any specialised equipment or additional PPE requirements are confirmed before the workers start.

We recruit through our network across the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Poland, Ukraine, Bulgaria and Turkey. The actual source market depends on the role, availability and legal requirements
