Which staffing models do we offer?

Temporary staffing

For peaks, short-term demand and changing schedules. Add or reduce workers as your workload changes

Secondment

For projects and longer assignments with an agreed duration, hours and schedule. The professionals remain employed by us

Direct hire

We source and screen the candidate; after approval, they join your company directly. You pay an agreed recruitment fee

Payroll

You select the worker; we become the legal employer and handle the contract, salary, taxes and employment administration

How do we select and prepare workers before they start?

Role requirements

We define the required experience, shift availability, language level, equipment skills and certificates for the assignment

Screening

We interview candidates and check relevant work experience, availability and documentation

Skills & certification

For warehouse roles, we verify experience with scanners, picking systems and equipment such as forklifts or reach trucks. For drivers, we check the required licence category, Code 95 and transport documents needed for the specific transport role

Client approval

You receive the worker’s profile and can interview the candidate before the assignment starts

What do we handle?

  • Required documentation and work permits
  • Language training where needed
  • Travel and relocation for international workers
