Maintenance Crews

Build a regular crew for recurring outdoor maintenance schedules

Project Teams

Deploy a dedicated team for a defined landscaping or site-development project

Teams with a Foreman

How do we match workers to your site?

Work Type

We match experience to the actual work involved — maintenance, planting, hard landscaping or tree care

Tools & Machinery

We check practical experience with the equipment required for the assignment, from mowers and hedge trimmers to brushcutters and other machinery

Licences & Training

Where relevant, we verify driving licences, VCA and task-specific training before deployment

Site & Safety Requirements

We consider traffic, public access, terrain and other site conditions that affect how the work must be carried out safely

Our staffing models

Direct hire

We source and screen the candidate; after approval, they join your company directly. You pay an agreed recruitment fee

You select the worker; we become the legal employer and handle the contract, salary, taxes and employment administration

Frequently asked questions

You’ll find answers to some common questions below, but feel free to contact us directly — we’ll answer your questions based on your specific situation

Pricing depends on the staffing model. Temporary Staffing is charged at 2.5× the worker’s gross hourly wage, Secondment at 2.8×, Direct Hire at 25% of the gross annual salary, and Payroll from 1.85× the gross hourly wage. Travel, accommodation, shift allowances and agreed training or PPE costs are added where applicable.

When suitable workers are already available, we send the first profiles within 24–48 hours and normally organise a start within 2–5 working days. For urgent local assignments, a qualified worker may be available from the next working day. Larger crews or international recruitment normally require 1–2 weeks for recruitment, documentation, travel and accommodation.

Temporary Staffing has a minimum booking of one 8-hour shift per worker. Secondment starts from 3 months and 32 hours per week. Direct Hire has no assignment period, while Payroll follows the working hours agreed in the employee’s contract.

We start the replacement process the same business day. When a suitable worker with the required experience is available, we aim to arrange a replacement within 24–48 hours. If the role involves machinery or specialist work, the replacement must meet the same experience and training requirements.

If work is cancelled because conditions are unsafe, notify us before 16:00 on the previous working day and no cancellation fee applies. For later cancellations, a minimum of 4 booked hours per scheduled worker is charged. Where possible, the crew can be moved to a new date subject to availability.

Yes. You receive the candidate profile before confirmation and can interview the worker where required. For crew assignments, we can agree one worker profile in advance and use the same criteria when selecting the rest of the team.

The client normally provides the tools, machinery and site-specific equipment required for the work. We can arrange workwear and basic PPE where agreed. Requirements for specialist machinery, protective equipment and operator training are confirmed before deployment.

We recruit through our network across the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Poland, Ukraine, Bulgaria and Turkey. The actual source market depends on the role, availability and legal requirements

Temporary assignments can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 4 calendar days before the scheduled start. Later cancellations are charged according to the booked hours. Secondment has a one-month notice period, unless different terms are agreed for the project.
